The fantasy festival that the Science Fiction & Fantasy Society Luxembourg has been running since 2014 aims to give any fan of fantasy in any media the opportunity to celebrate it and meet other fans. In 2022 the event took on a European dimension, being part of the Esch2022 - European Capital of Culture programme and hosting EuroCon, a European science fiction convention that has been organised for 50 years - first to bring together fans from the West and the East. Since its inception, the event has been a meeting place for young and still young fans of fantasy and gives young people who want to get involved in the organisation the opportunity to exhibit and show their work to the general public, as well as cosplayers, musicians and authors.
