Après ses études aux départements de jazz du C.N.R. de Strasbourg et du C.N.S.M.D. de Paris, le saxophoniste luxembourgeois Roby Glod multiplie les collaborations au niveau international avec e.a. Kent Carter, Michel Pilz, Herb Robertson, Archie Shepp et Louis Sclavis. En Alsace, il crée entre 2005 et 2006 des lectures musicales, en compagnie des acteurs Dominique Jacquot et Marie-Anne Jamaux, ainsi qu'en 2007 la pièce de théâtre " Allons nous perdre ", basée sur l’autobiographie du saxophoniste Art Pepper. Le contrebassiste Christian Ramond fait partie, avec Klaus Kugel, du trio de Theo Jörgensmann, et joue régulièrement aux quatre coins du monde avec les grands jazzmen en exercice. Klaus Kugel est le batteur le plus connu et engagé de la scène du jazz d’avant-garde en Europe. He has participated in numerous TV, Radio and theatre productions. Klaus Kugel is one of the most inventive and adventurous German drummers. He attracted attention worldwide through projects with Petras Vysniauskas, Kenny Wheeler, Bobo Stenson, Arkady Shilkloper a.o. Over the past 20 years, he gave numerous concerts and appeared at festivals all over the world.
