Le groupe luxembourgeois Pol Belardi's Force s’inscrit dans cette nouvelle vague du jazz influencé aussi bien par le jazz contemporain que par le rock alternatif et la pop. Après ‘Creation/Evolution’, opus ayant comme fil rouge la genèse et le développement d’une planète, les quatre musiciens entrent désormais dans une ère plus technologique et machiniste avec ‘Organic Machines’, sorti le 18 octobre 2019 sur Cristal Records. Les compositions deviennent plus minimalistes et moins arrangées afin de laisser encore plus de place à l’interaction, à la construction spontanée et à l’énergie naturelle qui est la caractéristique de ce groupe. Luxembourgish group Pol Belardi’s Force is part of the new jazz music wave, influenced both by contemporary jazz and alternative rock and pop. Their new album ‘Organic Machines’ was released on October 18^th 2019 in collaboration with French label Cristal Records. After ‘Creation/Evolution’, which musically depicted the birth and development of a planet, the four musicians now take the listener a step further into an era of technology and machines. The compositions become slightly more minimalistic and less arranged, which leaves more space for interaction, spontaneous construction and large dynamics. From acoustic miniature moments in duo to a range of electronic sounds, the repertoire translates in a synthesis of organic rhythms, researched yet comprehensive harmonic colors and the right amount of energy fueled by an exceptional musical and human bond between the four musicians. The sonic result can be situated somewhere between minimal cinematic soundscapes, modern jazz, alternative rock and electronica.
